  2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

  1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only on selected products. Return eligibility and conditions are mentioned on individual product pages.
  2. For most products, the standard return window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Return policies may be updated or changed without prior notice.
  4. If reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our provided return address.
  5. Return or exchange charges, if any, will be applicable on a case-to-case basis.

💰 Refund Policy

  1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  3. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
  4. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product delivered by LUXORÉ Clothing.

📌 Important Notes for Return & Refund

• 👕 Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for hygiene reasons.

• 🏷️ Items must have original tags and packaging intact. Products without tags will not be accepted.

• ✂️ Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.

• ⏰ Return or exchange requests raised after the return window will not be accepted.
