- Returns and exchanges are applicable only on selected products. Return eligibility and conditions are mentioned on individual product pages.
- For most products, the standard return window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Return policies may be updated or changed without prior notice.
- If reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our provided return address.
- Return or exchange charges, if any, will be applicable on a case-to-case basis.
💰 Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product delivered by LUXORÉ Clothing.
📌 Important Notes for Return & Refund
• 👕 Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for hygiene reasons.
• 🏷️ Items must have original tags and packaging intact. Products without tags will not be accepted.
• ✂️ Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.
• ⏰ Return or exchange requests raised after the return window will not be accepted.
